What does coaching with holistic nutritarian look like?

Starting

The first step is to complete an inventory assessment. This is where we decide the best path for you. Then we implement individual, simple habits and choices that will create your best you.

Joy

Doing

This is daily life when you have lost 1/4 of your weight. Your momentum is high, movement is getting easier and you feel better. If your weight is continuing to be released at a steady pace, your stride remains here. If weight loss slows, then we discuss eating options and increases in movement and stillness.

Health

Maintaining/Living

You have arrived here when you have lost all of your weight. This is the longest phase, this is the rest of your life. We take another inventory and begin to manage the ebbs and flows of your life. We review all of your action steps and solidify those that maintain your happiness and health. We establish a daily routine. Rituals that sustain you. Healthy people live within boundaries and routines. It is within these tracks wherein life lives to the fullest. Coaching takes place in variable interval meetings. This is how we cement your high nutrient eating style, your exercise and your self care practices.

Peace

Nutritarian Coaching

Smart plant based eating and wise daily habits have tremendous power to increase the ease and fun in which we live every day. Pain and apathy are washed away. Happy contentment, peaceful living and health are yours. Please contact me and we will work together to make these lasting changes. I provide extensive maintenance support along with help to set and realize your goals. Life is a journey, not a goal that is met. It is the steadfast, centered power we hold each day wherein our lives are lived.

My Story

I became a vegetarian during my childhood. One day at breakfast my dad commented on how good the bacon tasted. However, he mentioned one of our pet pig's names. I immediately learned that I was eating an animal - our loving pet that was slaughtered.

Right then and there I stopped eating most animals and animal products. From time to time I would waiver. However, 97% of the time I was a vegetarian. I struggled with cheese, ice cream and sweet treats. After I became a mom in my thirties, I realized I had a problem with sugar. I was a sugar addict. On October 4, 2017 I stopped eating sugar. It was the hardest thing I ever did. Unfortunately, once I reached my goal weight, I did not find a maintenance program that supported me. My weight cycled again and again until I relaxed into a high nutrient density eating plan. Yes, I avoid sugar, oil, flours and salt. I feel fantastic.
